Our Founders

Rafael brings a decade of experience in banking and finance. He manages all aspects of the business. Rafael ensures that our operations run smoothly and that every project is planned precisely and efficiently.

Amilcar is our master carpenter with over 20 years of hands-on experience in framing and siding. He has been instrumental in building hundreds of custom homes, multifamily residences, and commercial structures. Leading our construction crews, Amilcar ensures that every project meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Our Story

Our partnership began a couple of years ago when Rafael, serving as Amilcar's banker, discovered their mutual love for home building and real estate.
